This condo is privately owned and managed. Resort amenities (pools, tram, restaurants, etc.) and their hours are managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA) and are subject to change based on season or maintenance without notice.
**Starter Supplies**
We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap to get you settled in. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
**Rental Agreement:**
A Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee. This fee covers accidental damages up to $1,000.
