**Self Check-In**

**Amenities**
Access to the pools and hot tub is subject to building rules, posted hours, weather conditions, and any scheduled maintenance.
**Rental Agreement**
A rental agreement is required. With your payment, you consent to a non-refundable $55 damage waiver fee, which is due within one hour of booking. This waiver covers up to $1,000 in accidental damages and eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
**Recreational Vehicles**
Per Resort Policy no Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV’s allowed on the premises.
