* CHECK-IN INFORMATION: Detailed instructions with your unique access code will be sent to you via the messaging platform within 30 minutes of your scheduled check-in time on the day of your arrival.
* 1- PARKING PASS: There is ONLY 1- Parking Space for the condo and you will receive one parking pass at check-in. Please display it in your vehicle at all times while parked on the resort property.
Resort Policy: Please be aware that, per Grande Cayman Resort policy, motorcycles and trailers are strictly not permitted on the premises.
* RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.
